Style

The Hand Grip is designed to build up musculature in the hand and forearm and to develop strength in the grip, wrist and forearm. It features an anti-slip grip for your comfort and safety.

Two types are available:

Rehabilitation hand grip

  • orange
  • adjustable resistance
  • 2 to 15kg

Sport hand grip

  • blue
  • adjustable resistance
  • 5 to 20kg

Shipping & Returns 

We use a next working day delivery service. This is not guaranteed, but most deliveries are achieved the next working day. Couriers deliver between 8.30am and 5.00pm. Orders will be shipped the next working day, or same day if received before 12 noon.

Delivery service is based on UK mainland postcodes only. We do not deliver to offshore, highlands or islands.
