Tip: To achieve the optimum support for your neck and to help prevent your chin and head from resting on the “ridge” of the pillow, angle the pillow (45°) so that the front of the “ridge” is touching the clavicle. The head and chin will naturally fall onto the flat side of the pillow with the neck being supported by the “ridge”. If the “ridge” is used repeatedly to support the head the “ridge” will lose its shape and become ineffective in supporting the neck.

We use a next working day delivery service. This is not guaranteed, but most deliveries are achieved the next working day. Couriers deliver between 8.30am and 5.00pm. Orders will be shipped the next working day, or same day if received before 12 noon.
Delivery service is based on UK mainland postcodes only. We do not deliver to offshore, highlands or islands.
